Cancellation & Refund Policy

I value your time and appreciate your commitment to the coaching process.

Initial Consultation

  • Complimentary consultations may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Individual Coaching Sessions

  • Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged the full session fee, except in the case of emergencies. 

Coaching Packages

  • Coaching packages are non-refundable once coaching has begun.

  • Any unused sessions may be rescheduled within the package time frame.

  • If you choose to discontinue coaching before using all purchased sessions, any refund for unused sessions will be considered on a case-by-case basis, less the value of services already provided.

If Sylvia Cowan Coaching & Consulting LLC must cancel or reschedule a session, every effort will be made to accommodate you at a mutually convenient time. If rescheduling is not possible, any prepaid session fee for that appointment will be refunded.
